What to do if a purchase does not be received?

If the payment was successful, but nothing appeared in the game, fill out this form https://farmup.kayako.com/en-us/conversation/new/29 to contact our support manager. Be sure to include your game ID and a screenshot of the letter from your application store with a confirmation of purchase.

On the screenshot with the confirmation of purchase should be the following data:

  • order number (Order ID)
  • order date
  • item

You can hide the data under the "Payment Method".
